GENERAL EXPERIENCE

  • No experience is required. The CTRL Room is designed specifically for beginners and music lovers. Our professional instructors guide you step-by-step throughout the entire session.

  • The CTRL Room is a 90-minute, hands-on DJ experience where guests learn the fundamentals of DJing, practice beat matching, create mashups, and mix music in a fun, immersive environment. This is an experience — not a certification or formal DJ course.

  • Each session is 90 minutes, including instruction, guided practice, and open mixing time.

  • Yes. All guests must be 21 years or older to participate. Valid ID is required at check-in.

BOOKING & PRICING

  • The DJ Experience is priced per person based on the date and time of your session.

    • $60 per person for non-peak sessions

      (Weekdays before 6:00 PM)

    • $70 per person for peak sessions

      (Anytime Friday–Sunday and weekdays after 6:00 PM)

    All sessions are 90 minutes and include professional instruction and a custom recorded DJ mix to keep. Group size determines total cost.

  • Each session can accommodate up to 24 guests total, across multiple DJ stations. Smaller groups are welcome.

  • Yes. Private bookings and custom experiences are available for birthdays, corporate teams, brunches, and celebrations. Private events may include exclusive use of the space and additional enhancements.
    Private events require advance inquiry and approval.

ARRIVAL & TIMING POLICIES

  • Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session to allow for check-in and orientation.

  • Late arrivals may miss part of the experience. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival, and refunds or partial credits are not provided for missed time.

  • Bookings are charged per person reserved. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • All bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

  • Rescheduling may be allowed at management’s discretion if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Same-day reschedule requests are not guaranteed.

  • In rare cases where a session must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a reschedule or credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.

BEVERAGES & REFRESHMENTS

  • Yes. The CTRL Room offers a selection of beverages available for purchase during your session, including:

    • Bottled water

    • Soft drinks

    • Premium beverages such as energy drinks

    Additional beverage options may be added in the future.

  • At this time, alcohol is not available during standard sessions. However, select beverage options may expand in the future.

  • Yes. For private sessions, beverage packages may be included depending on the selected experience. Details will be outlined during the booking process.

  • Outside beverages are not permitted unless otherwise approved for private bookings.

EQUIPMENT & LIABILITY

  • Yes. Guests use professional-grade DJ equipment under instructor supervision.

  • Guests may be held financially responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or spills beyond normal wear and tear. This includes damage caused by beverages near equipment.

  • The CTRL Room maintains standard business insurance; however, this does not eliminate guest responsibility for avoidable damage.

MUSIC & CONTENT

  • All genres available within our DJ software library may be used. Explicit content is permitted; however, offensive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Yes. Guests receive a USB drive containing their recorded DJ set at the end of the session.

PHOTOS, VIDEOS & MARKETING

  • The CTRL Room may capture photos or videos for marketing purposes. By participating, guests consent to potential use of media unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session.

  • Yes. Guests are encouraged to capture and share their experience, provided it does not disrupt others or damage equipment.

GIVEAWAYS & PROMOTIONS

  • Giveaways may be offered for promotions or grand openings. Entry methods, eligibility, start/end dates, and prizes will be clearly outlined on the Giveaway page.

  • No purchase is required unless explicitly stated. Giveaway rules apply.

  • Winners are selected at random and notified via the contact information provided at entry.
