1. SPONSOR

The giveaway is sponsored by The CTRL Room (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Apple, Spotify, Beats, or any other third-party brand referenced.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of The CTRL Room are not eligible to win.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway begins on the date announced on The CTRL Room website and ends on the date listed on the Giveaway page (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Online Entry:

Participants may enter by completing the official entry form on The CTRL Room website during the Giveaway Period.

In-Person Entry:

Participants may enter by scanning the QR code displayed at The CTRL Room during the grand opening and completing the official entry form.

Bonus Entries (Optional Promotions):

Participants may receive additional entries by completing bonus actions such as:

  • Subscribing to The CTRL Room email list

  • Following The CTRL Room on social media

  • Sharing giveaway content

Bonus actions must be completed as instructed to qualify.

5. PAID ENTRIES (IF APPLICABLE)

Paid entries are strictly optional and do not increase the odds of winning beyond the number of entries received. A free method of entry will always be available. Paid entries do not guarantee winning.

6. PRIZES

Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substitutions unless determined by Sponsor.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at entry.

  • Winners must respond within the timeframe stated in the notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate these rules

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.

11. LIABILITY RELEASE

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless The CTRL Room, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, winners grant The CTRL Room permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected is subject to The CTRL Room’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for giveaway administration, marketing communications, and business updates.

14. DISPUTES

All disputes related to this giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
